CAROLE and RICKEY COSBEY, house parents
As house parents, Carole and Rickey play a pivotal role in the love, care, supervision and education of children living at Happy Haven.

Carole and Rickey, along with their two sons, Ryan and Reece, live on campus and welcome children into their home.

Carole is a stay-at home mother whose primary work with Happy Haven is to care for children placed into her care. An Atlanta native, Carole holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Freed-Hardeman University.

In addition to his role as house parent, Rickey maintains the grounds and buildings that make up Happy Haven's campus. A Osceola, Ark., native, Rickey previously worked with Tennessee Children's Home in East, Middle and West Tennessee.

ELAYNE MONTGOMERY, administrative assistant
Elayne has served Happy Haven for almost a decade. A native Cookevillian, she is a graduate of Putnam County Senior High School with additional business training through Tennessee Tech and a wealth of practical experience in the business field. She and her husband, Art, have two daughters and two grandsons.
